She championed civil and criminal e filing in the County; nearly 100% of civil pleadings including now court orders are filed electronically. She plans to implement advanced case management systems, expand online services, and enhance communication channels to better serve the public. She also serves as President of the Joliet Township High School District 204 and is a member of the National Hook-Up of Black Women Joliet chapter.

This case garnered national attention and showcased Glasgow’s dedication to pursuing justice, even in complex and challenging circumstances. He established the Will County Drug Court, the Veterans Court, and the Mental Health Court, which provide alternative sentencing options aimed at rehabilitation rather than incarceration.
